Billy Rankin

Billy Rankin's first association with A&M Records was as a guitarist with the band Nazareth. When his demos were brought to A&M, the label signed Rankin in 1983 as a solo artist. Billy Rankin released his first album on A&M Records in 1984. By 1986, he had recorded a second album for A&M that was never released. The album was so close to completion that the full album art was finalized and the stock number assigned. Here is the cover of the unreleased album.
