Frank Gorshin was signed to release two singles and an album in June 1966. Only the first single was released."The Riddler" single was already done by the time of the signing.

A&M's second picture sleeve single was Frank Gorshin's "The Riddler/Never Let Her Go." At the time, Gorshin was playing the role of The Riddler on the Batman television series.
