GOLDFISH RECORDS
Goldfish Records was started by Terry Jacks and Ray Pettinger. Its function was to represent Terry Jacks and Susan Jacks as solo artists. Goldfish was distributed by A&M Records of Canada effective August 26, 1974. By April 1975, Jacks had not entered negotiations with any record label for distribution of Goldfish product and told RPM, "There are no immediate plans for Goldfish as a label." He announced he had transitioned recording artists Chilliwack and Barry Greenfield to Casino Records. Jacks sold his interest in Goldfish Records to Ray Pettinger. Rather than continue as Goldfish Records, Pettinger founded Casino Records.
