ROCKET RECORDS
Rocket Records became affiliated with A&M Associated Labels in 1996. At the time, John Cannelli was Rocket's president.
The first artist signed to Rocket Records as an A&M Associated Label was Ryan Downe.
Rocket Records/A&M biggest release was the Elton John CD single, "Candle in the Wind 1997," the tribute to the late Diana Princess of Wales. The single was A&M's third largest single of all time. Rocket also signed new artists Daniel Cartier, Cold, Jimmie's Chicken Shack, Ryan Downe and Gary Jules.
